Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase from LuLuWrap. Because we offer both made-to-order apparel and hand-finished silk wraps, our return policy varies by product type.
Apparel & Made-to-Order Items
(T-Shirts, Leggings, Tote Bags)
These items are made specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because they are custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect sizing
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos
We will gladly replace or refund damaged or incorrect items.
LuLuWrap Silk Wraps
Silk wraps are hand-finished and shipped directly from our studio.
We accept returns on unworn, unused silk wraps within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
• Item must be unworn and unused
• In original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
