We use two fulfillment methods depending on the product you order.
Apparel & Bags (Made to Order)
Our t-shirts, leggings, and select bags are made to order through our trusted production partner.
Processing Time:
2–5 business days
Shipping Time (after production):
U.S.: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
LuLuWrap Silk Wraps (Hand-Finished & Shipped by Us)
Each LuLuWrap is printed on silk and then hand-finished before being carefully packaged and shipped directly from our studio.
Processing Time:
3–5 business days
Shipping Time:
U.S.: 3–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Important Notes
• If your order contains both apparel and silk wraps, items may arrive separately.
• Free U.S. shipping on all orders (if you want to keep this).
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
LuLuWrap is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
• Apparel or bags: Contact us within 7 days with photos and order number.
• Silk wraps: Contact us within 7 days so we can assist you directly.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.
